Return Policy

At Styxthon, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our eco-friendly landscaping products. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving the product
  • In the same condition as you received it
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants and other perishable goods (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Custom-designed or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been installed or assembled
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance

Plant Material Policy

Due to the perishable nature of plants:

  • All plants come with a 30-day establishment guarantee
  • If a plant fails within 30 days despite following the provided care instructions, we will replace it once at no additional cost
  • Photographic evidence of the failing plant and site conditions may be required
  • The guarantee does not cover damage due to extreme weather, pests, or improper care

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@styxthon.world and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the periods mentioned above:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@styxthon.world

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Services and Custom Projects

For landscaping services and custom projects:

  • Deposits for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before scheduled work may be eligible for a partial refund
  • Issues with completed work should be reported within 7 days for assessment
  • All service-related concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis
